"How much do you charge?" is the most frequently asked and concerned question from new clients but you should really ask "How much value do you provide?"

Our Tax Preparation Fee includes:

• 1.  Year-Round Support  -  Our office is open year-round to serve your needs.
• 2.  Accuracy Guarantee  -  Our office will give you the most accurate return and the largest possible refund.  If the office makes an error in the preparation of your return that results in penalties and interest, the office will reimburse you for the associated penalty and interest initially assessed.
• 3.  Free Consultation  -  Tax Information and consultations are always free.
• 4.  Free Audit Assistance  -  If the IRS audits you for a return we prepared, we will accompany you to the audit to offer assistance by explaining how the return was prepared. 
• 5.  Free Correspondence Assistance  -  We will help you handle all IRS and State tax return correspondence that you get, including audits, letters, and inquiries about your tax return.
• 6.  File Your Taxes Remotely -  You have the option to choose to file your taxes remotely and electronically without having to come into our office.
• 7.  Free copies of your tax return  -  Both hard and/or PDF.                                                                                                                           

Our tax preparation fee is based on the number of tax forms, schedules, credits, and state filings.  We won't be able to provide an accurate quote without knowing what tax docs/forms that you have.  If you're interested in getting an accurate quote, you can click here to schedule an appointment, select option 7, "Request a Quote" or email us to request a quote.  We will then email you back with a few questions to get a better picture of your tax situation.  You can also bring your tax forms to our office for a more accurate quote.

How We Prepare Returns.

We don't do returns that "create refunds with made-up expenses".  But we are not afraid to be aggressive, according to your comfort level, but it will be within the boundaries of the tax code. If you're not organized, don't be afraid to come in. Your paperwork doesn't have to be perfect.  We will organize your tax documents and help you get organized for future engagements.
